On-Site Massage

Gay Massage Vermont New EnglandMale touch is a powerful and healing gift!

Dave’s massage training combined with his innate intuitive nature uniquely qualifies him for this work. Dave’s philosophy is that the body, mind, and spirit are intricately intertwined components of the whole being. If any one part is out of alignment all three suffer. By assisting in bringing the body into balance, the mind and spirit benefit as well.

Dave honors all those who arrive on his table with an individual treatment plan based on input from the client and what he feels with his hands when the work begins.

Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Frog Meadow Gay Resort Vermont Hot Tub

Frog Meadow’s 750-gallon wood-fired hot tub is open year-round, and is typically heated to approximately 104 degrees. The tub is constructed of aromatic cedar from the pacific northwest, and is warmed by hardwood logs harvested from Frog Meadow’s surrounding forests.

The tub’s built-in eco-friendly wood stove emits a distinctive “mini campfire” aroma which you might notice when you first arrive at Frog Meadow. There are no noisy pumps or jets, just 48-inches deep, soothing warm water so you can sit fully upright and relax among the peace and quiet.

Frog Meadow’s hot tub is the ideal way to relax, release muscle aches, stiffness, pains and renew your body and soul after a workout, a hike, or a trip to the nearby Rock River gay swimming beach. It’s also a great way to unwind immediately before or after a massage with Dave.

Spring-Fed Swimming Pond

Gay Resort New England Swimming Pond

Summer relaxation on the swimming Pond at Frog Meadow Vermont

Frog Meadow’s swimming pond is 8 to 12 feet deep and fed by deep springs and the brook, keeping its water cool, fresh and clean. There are several oversize inner tubes for floating in the pond, day or night.

Immediately next to the pond is a private, grassy sunbathing area complete with chaise lounge chairs for wiling away the afternoon, visiting with other guests, or catching a post-swim nap.

This same warm, grassy area is where morning yoga sessions are held during our frequent Yoga & Wellness weekends!

Gardens, Orchard & Wildlife

Frog Meadow All Male Resort New England

Perennial Gardens at Frog Meadow

Our extensive perennial and annual gardens, varietal apple orchard, fruit and vegetable gardens are pollinated by our active beehives, butterflies, hummingbirds and bats who also call Frog Meadow their home.

In addition, owls, hawks, songbirds, wild turkeys, pileated woodpeckers, otters, deer, the occasional moose – and of course, our many species of frogs – share their wonderful habitat with our guests.

Explore Frog Meadow’s gardens and plantings by taking a walkabout tour or relaxing on one of our many stone benches, Adirondack chairs, chaise lounges or the hammock by the swimming pond.

Rock River Gay Naked Beach

The Newfane area of Southern Vermont is Home to the Gay Beach and Nude Swimming Hole on the Rock River. Frog Meadow is 4 miles from the Rock River trailhead!

The West River is a relatively long, wide and warm river as compared to the Rock River, which, true to its name, is very rocky, swift and cool. Just upstream from the confluence of the Rock and West Rivers, and only four miles from Frog Meadow off Route 30, there are a series of deep, clear water swimming holes. Known as “Indian Love Call” by the locals there is a long tradition of nude bathing on the Rock River as there is in Vermont in general.

Guest Reviews

Welcoming and Relaxed!

Dear Scott and Dave,

It was good to see you again at Frog Meadow after your 16-month closure due to COVID-19. It sounds like you have been busy since you re-opened and it is not hard to see why!

The place looks as good as ever and feels welcoming and relaxed. We had a very enjoyable stay with you, so thank you for all you do.

Thanks also to Jay and Gil whose work behind-the-scenes makes things run smoothly!

Looking forward to another return visit soon.

James, Northampton, MA
