Monthly first-Friday Gallery Walk Discover Gay Brattleboro Vermont Gay Retreats Attractions and Men's Workshops Frog Meadow New England's Best All Male Gay Resort in Southern Vermont

Join us the first Friday of every month for an open house of over 45 different galleries and artist’s venues in nearby Brattleboro

The Brattleboro area is home to a large creative community that includes museums, galleries and the New England School of Circus Arts (whose alums include Circque de Soliel!) Celebrated as one of the country’s top small art towns, Brattleboro (less than 12 miles south of Frog Meadow) blossoms monthly during Gallery Walk. The year-round, FIRST FRIDAY event has grown to include 45 to 55 or more venues – most within a four-block radius, others just a short drive from the middle of town. The lively mix of local folks, travelers, students, retirees and children all gathered in town for this one night every month creates an atmosphere of vitality and diversity that is both charming and exciting. Many stops include meet-the-artist receptions and several offer live music. Have dinner and drinks in one of Brattleboro’s many fine establishments, peruse the gallery exhibits, then stop and check out the Brattleboro Museum’s current exhibits. A life-Changing Retreat!

I just completed the “Heart Centered Touch” workshop at Frog Meadow. The retreat was body and mind work with a group of 12 men. The group was diverse in many ways (ages 43-75+, marital status, body type, political leanings, geography, income, occupation), yet connected through the activities of the workshop.

For me, the retreat was life changing! I would highly recommend Heart Centered Touch workshop by Adam Brown for anyone interested in exploring body work, mindfulness, and intimate physical and emotional connection with other men!

For those not comfortable with such activities, Frog Meadow is a wonderful place to be just and to relax…I was also a guest here for 4 days last summer. The setting is beautiful and serene, The food prepared by Dave is exceptional. The rooms are well appointed. The views are wonderful, the hot tub is inviting, other guests have always been friendly…and Scott and Dave are the best hosts I’ve ever had at any B&B. Dave provides a wonderful massage for those who want one. Again, a strong recommendation to experience Dave’s hands. You will not be disappointed!

I have signed up to return for two more Heart Centered Touch workshops here next year. Although aspects of my experience are always with me and I do think I am a changed man for having attended the workshop, I wish I could bring the total experience into my everyday life. The freedom and openness of the men was exceptional!
