On-Site Massage

Gay Massage Frog Meadow New England's Best All Male Gay Resort in Southern VermontMale touch is a powerful and healing gift!

Dave’s massage training combined with his innate intuitive nature uniquely qualifies him for this work. Dave’s philosophy is that the body, mind, and spirit are intricately intertwined components of the whole being. If any one part is out of alignment all three suffer. By assisting in bringing the body into balance, the mind and spirit benefit as well.

Dave honors all those who arrive on his table with an individual treatment plan based on input from the client and what he feels with his hands when the work begins.

Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Frog Meadow Hot Tub New England's Best All Male Gay Resort in Southern Vermont

Frog Meadow’s 750-gallon wood-fired hot tub is open year-round, and is typically heated to approximately 104 degrees. The tub is constructed of aromatic cedar from the pacific northwest, and is warmed by hardwood logs harvested from Frog Meadow’s surrounding forests.

The tub’s built-in eco-friendly wood stove emits a distinctive “mini campfire” aroma which you might notice when you first arrive at Frog Meadow. There are no noisy pumps or jets, just 48-inches deep, soothing warm water so you can sit fully upright and relax among the peace and quiet.

Frog Meadow’s hot tub is the ideal way to relax, release muscle aches, stiffness, pains and renew your body and soul after a workout, a hike, or a trip to the nearby Rock River gay swimming beach. It’s also a great way to unwind immediately before or after a massage with Dave.

Frog Meadow’s swimming pond is 8 to 12 feet deep and fed by deep springs and the brook, keeping its water cool, fresh and clean. There are several oversize inner tubes for floating in the pond, day or night.

Immediately next to the pond is a private, grassy sunbathing area complete with chaise lounge chairs for wiling away the afternoon, visiting with other guests, or catching a post-swim nap.

This same warm, grassy area is where morning yoga sessions are held during our frequent Yoga & Wellness weekends!

Known as “Indian Love Call” by the locals there is a long tradition of nude bathing on the Rock River as there is in Vermont in general.

Guest Reviews

Magical 3 Days!

I travel a lot, both in the US and all over the world. When I plan a trip I look for accommodation well within the 4-5 star range, especially outside of the country or an area that might be tricky to navigate. When I heard about Frog Meadow, what appealed to me was the fact that it is a rustic, mountain / wooded retreat. And that’s what I wanted …. rustic relaxation. They offer some suites w/ private baths – and some rooms and cottages that have a shared bath (perfect if you are traveling with friends).

I chose what they call The Brook Cottage. Set away from the main house, next to a babbling brook, this magical little cabin features a queen bed, electricity with ceiling fan and air conditioning (I didn’t need it at the end of June – the property sits on top of a mountain and the entire cottage has screened windows that provide an amazing cross breeze).

Relaxing in this cottage surrounded by nature, is just transforming. I have not slept this good in months. Imagine the most comfy bed …. with great linen and blankets …. in an enchanted forest. I’m not kidding – it felt like that.

True, it does not have a bathroom. But I knew this and realized that I would be “Glamping” and that’s what this is!! The bathroom is located in the main house (which they show you during the tour when you arrive). It is spotlessly clean, and they offer big robes and lots of towels. This is a MENS retreat, so they jokingly suggest that in the night when you have to – just water the trees lol – otherwise the bathroom is there to use at all times. It worked out fine.

They have a wood fired hot tub … a swimming pond ….. patio to relax on and enjoy the evening. Also available is a beautiful great room / living room with cable tv if you want.

Then there is breakfast. Served in a large chefs kitchen / dining room combo and butlers pantry. Fresh fruits and granola and yogurt, fresh juice tea and coffee to start. They prepare a different hot breakfast every day featuring local ingredients. The food was awesome.

The hosts are a couple that built this property from scratch, and they love what they do. Attentive (but not bothersome). This is their home and they enjoy sharing it, and are so accommodating. ** I mentioned that I had spotty internet in the cottage…and they moved the routers right away to improve the signal etc (it worked great after that!). They could have easily shrugged and said it’s the woods – sorry….but they cared.

Frog Meadow is amazing and I can’t recommend it enough if you are looking for a quality, gay B&B. If you are looking for a fussy froo-froo boring hotel then go there. If you want rustic and comfortable glamping in a true Vermont paradise – then go to Frog Meadow!!
